05-08-2016 Heard Sri Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Raj Ballabh Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Petitioners in the present petition have prayed for quashing of an order dated 07-04-2014 passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Vaishali Mahila P.S. Case No. 44 of 2013. By the said order, the learned Magistrate, after submission of chargesheet, has prassed the order of cognizance.

Learned counsel for petitioners tried to persuade the Court that there is no case against the petitioners, however; after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7780 of 2016 (2) dt.05-08-2016 2/2 going through the impugned order, I do not find any apparent error warranting interference.

The petition stands dismissed.
