The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2019 in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 261 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (a) & 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case on mere suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
