JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-03-2016 The petitioner has sought a direction to the S.H.O. of Siwan Town Police Station for quashing of the first information report on the basis of which Siwan (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 518 of 2014 was lodged.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he stated that bullet was fired from a country made pistol whereas interpolation has been made that there was an attack by the Danta (stick). Since the matter is still under investigation, I do not find that any direction can be issued in the matter. As and when the investigations are completed and if the petitioner has any grievance,
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.145 of 2016 dt.02-03-2016 he is at liberty to point out his grievance before the trial court itself. No direction of such nature can be issued by this Court at this stage. This writ application is dismissed.
