In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandi (Bena) P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 328, 498A, 120(B), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The lady, who has died inside the house of the petitioners, has made a statement that she was administered poison by the present petitioners, led to her death. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners,
