The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased alleged that his daughter Guriya Devi was married with Vijay Kumar son of petitioners 15 years ago, but the accused persons were demanded dowry and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry the accused persons killed his daughter.

It is submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. They have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. The

Similarly, situated coaccused Soni Kumari @ Priyanka Kumari and Sonu Kumar @ Karn Kumar the sister-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54213 of 2015 on 01.03.2016.

Learned counsel for the informant as well as the learned APP however vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Taking into consideration that petitioners are father-inlaw and mother-in-law of the deceased and marriage was solemnized 15 years ago, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
