Petitioner who retired from the post of Chainman on 28.02.2017 while working in Garkha block in the district of Saran seeks post retiral benefits with interest. A counter affidavit has been filed by the State stating therein that certain amounts with respect to post retiral benefits has already been paid and ACP is under consideration. Considering the submission of the parties, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to represent before the respondent no.2 for his remaining retiral benefits which will be disposed of by the Collector, Saran at Chapra respondent no.2 within a period of four months from the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3232 of 2018(3) dt.07-01-2019 2/2 date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within one month thereafter.
