23.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Arwal P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014 registered under Sections 370(1), 370, 372, 373, 419, 353, 427, 224 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 6 and 8 of POCSO Act and Sections 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act pending before the Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Jehanabad.

Considering that the Petitioner was allegedly running the brothel, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected.
