JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 02-03-2015 In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for redressal of his grievance with respect to payment of interest under one time settlement scheme which is admittedly in operation. However, since a stand has been taken by the respondents that the petitioner has not approached the authority concerned for grant of benefit under such scheme, if the petitioner approaches the competent authority within a period of three weeks then let the same be considered and decided in accordance with law by the respondent authority within a further period of three weeks. Let no coercive action be taken against the
