2. The petitioner boarded the train even before it had come to the railway station. The departmental proceeding was initiated and he rushed to the Court in which the only direction was that the final order be not passed.

3. It is high time that the result of departmental proceeding comes in public domain whereafter, the petitioner always has liberty to approach the appropriate authority and

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
