The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar Industrial P.S. Case No. 25 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections-323, 498A, 406, 494, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that marriage of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner on 16-05-1982 and the present case was filed in the year, 2013 and, moreover, the petitioner has already obtained ex-parte decree of divorce, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Buxar Industrial P.S. Case No. 25 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
