2. Lastly prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 31.8.2022. Impugned order dated 10.6.2022 reveals that charge was framed on 28.11.2019 and case record is running for prosecution evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 18.3.2019.

3. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

4. Let the trial be expedited and concluded preferably within a period of one year, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail.
