Heard both sides.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dinara P.S.Case No.229 of 2014 under sections 147, 149,114 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that an accident had taken place in which one Dhiraj Kumar died in the P.M.C.H. and on account of which, villagers assembled at the Chowk and raised hue and cry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. but no specific allegation has been attributed against them and that similarly situated coaccused, namely, Kamal Kahar, Binod Rawani and Sudarshan Sah, whose names also figured in the F.I.R., have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No.1646 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5066 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 It appears that the petitioners are named in the FIR but no specific allegation has been levelled against them. The villagers assembled at the Chowk due to death of one Dhiraj Kumar in accident and similarly situated co-accused have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No.229 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
