JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3695 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is in C.R.P.F and he could not be granted leave on time. Hence, he could not furnish the bail bonds on time.

The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 10,000/- before District Legal Services Authority, Lakhisarai.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17711 of 2023(2) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 On the ground mentioned in the modification petition, the same is allowed. The period of surrender is further extended for a period of four weeks from today. The order dated 22.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3695 of 2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
