Patna High Court CWJC No.19687 of 2013(5) dt.27-02-2023 2/2 thereby to quash the order dated 13.8.2013 passed by Sub Judge III, Buxar in Title Suit No.72 of 2008 by which the learned trial court has rejected the petition dated 11.4.2013 filed by petitioners for deleting Schedule I property of the suit to the extent of 8 Acres 98 decimals of village Jaso P.S. Buxar, district Buxar and for a direction to the office of the court to delete these properties as per earlier order of the court dated 12.3.2013."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail other efficacious remedies. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
