The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in S.T. No. 925 of 2013 arising out of Motihari Mufassil P.S. Case No. 279 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B,406,420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on sections 201,396 and 412 IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act were also added. It is very fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial is at the fag end and the matter has been fixed for final argument.
