The petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 06.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

On instruction, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and he is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour. A statement to that effect has been made in para 8 of the petition which reads as follows:- "8. That it is submitted that the petitioner is still ready

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6653 of 2016 (2) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 to keep the petitioner with full dignity and honour but the informant is not ready to live with him."

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.431/2013.
