The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 326, 332, 341, 353, 504, 506, 225, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusations are of making an effort to release the accused persons from the police custody and obstructing the informant and other police personnel to discharge their official duties.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1354 of 2022(2) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 against the petitioner. The petitioner was not apprehended from the spot. The name of the petitioner came into light on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S.
