2. This writ application has been filed for following reliefs:

(I) To direct the Respondent no.2 not to encroach the raiyati land of the petitioner situate in Sonpur Nakash, Revenue Mauza- Anandpur, Revenue Thana no.103, Khesra no.888, District -Saran, measuring 130ft.x20 ft. near Hariharnath Dwar of Sonpur Melasituate in Thana no.101 and not to recommend for auction to the Department of Tourism for holding Sonpur

(II). To direct the Respondent no.5- the Circle Officer, Saran for measurement of the raiyati land of petitioner as per the C.S Map, and R.S Map situate in Revenue Mauza- Anandpur, Revenue Thana no.103, Jamabnadi no.888, District Saran, measuring 12 Kathas bounded in North-Road, South-Railway, East- Road and West-SBI Sonpur.

(III) To direct the Respondents that till measurement of land is done by the Respondent no.5, to hold the Sonpur Mela as per the map prepared and recommended by the Respondent no.2 earlier, till 20182019. 3 . Learned counsel for the petitioner requests to dispose of the writ petition and to direct respondent/s authority to measure and demarcate the land of the petitioner and she further submits that in this regard she has already filed an application before respondent No. 5 , the Circle Officer, Saran on June 10, 2023, i.e,. Annexure 5 to the writ petition.

In view of the nature of grievance made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3, the Deputy Collector-cum Land Reforms Officer, Sonpur, Saran to measure and demarcate the land of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
