JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 27.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44835 of 2021 and for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 27.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44835 of 2021, but in the prayer portion of the bail petition it was wrongly typed as "to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge XI, Saran at Chapra" but the case was pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Saran at Chapra. Let the same be corrected and read as "to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Saran at Chapra".

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68969 of 2022(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below. The order dated 27.06.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
