Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail, vide order dated 16.03.2021, by the court below, but they could not surrender within the time limit due to illness. They filed a petition for extension of time and vide order dated 16.11.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 43 of 2021, the learned Sessions Judge, Munger rejected that petition. Considering the above facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1125 of 2022(2) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 including the illness of the petitioners, the time for surrender, vide order dated 16.03.2021, is extended for four weeks from today.

With these observations, this criminal miscellaneous petition is being disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
