The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that while the informant was returning from Nawada, the petitioner along with other co-accused came on motorcycle and started assaulting him and took his mobile phone and tried to run away by the motorcycle but the petitioner was caught by the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Nothing has been

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.
