The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018, registered under Sections 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by administering poison.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 are Bhaisur, Dever and Gotni of the deceased, daughter of the informant, and they used to reside

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58451 of 2019(2) dt.17-09-2019 2/2 separate to Sukul Yadav, husband of the deceased and due to quarrel in between Sukul Yadav and deceased, daughter of the informant, she committed suicide.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III-Barh, Patna, in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
