JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of honorarium to the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is regularly working as 'Tola Sevak' since 25.7.2013 but respondents have not paid honorarium.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent, the District Programme Officer (Literacy) Kadwa, Katihar to examine the case of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.8132 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 and if it is found that the petitioner has worked as 'Tola sevak' since 25.7.2013 he shall ensure payment of honorarium, if not already paid within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
