JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This writ application has been filed by the petitioner for direction to the respondents to pay retiral dues and re-fix pension after effecting the pay fixation on grant of A.C.P. I, II / MACP and other admissible benefit.
It appears from the averments made in counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4 that all the other dues has already been paid to the petitioner except the difference amount with regard to 1st and 2nd A.C.P. and balance amount of G.P.F. It has been stated that after necessary information and calculation having been received from the concerned Excise
Patna High Court CWJC No.3416 of 2015 dt.29-07-2015 2/2 Superintendent, necessary order in this regard would be passed. Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondents to deal with the left over grievances of the petitioner and take necessary steps for its redressal so that all the admissible benefits be approved and paid in favour of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
