The only limited grievance has been raised that the petitioner has filed an application for certified copy of cancellation of P.D.S. Licence along with requisite stamp but, till date, the certificate copy and the document have not been furnished to the petitioner. If there is a provision for granting certified copy and when the petitioner has filed an application, the authorities are bound to supply the same. Accordingly, this Court directs the authority concerned to give certified copy within a period of two weeks from

Patna High Court CWJC No.7946 of 2017 dt.02-11-2017 the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in failure to supply, this Court may initiate a contempt proceeding against the officer concerned.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
