This is a case registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is made on behalf of the petitioner that she is the married 'Nanad' of the deceased and she is employed at the Primary Health Centre, Chanpatia as ANM. In support of which she has placed Annexure 2. Brother-in-law (Devar) of the deceased has been granted bail vide order dated 11.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17399 of 2017 and order dated 12.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16474 of 2017. Further submission is made on behalf of the petitioner that she has no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25258 of 2017 (2) dt.31-05-2017 2/2 concern with the family affairs of the deceased and that omnibus allegations have been made against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.04.2017.

Considering the fact that the other co-accused have been granted bail as noted hereinabove, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah (Mufassil) P.S.
