Petitioner seeks bail in Chakiya P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the driver of the vehicle besides which the process of pilferage of domestic gas from the gas cylinders was being done. The petitioner is in custody since, 12.03.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail
