Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order no.3 dated 08.01.2019, the writ application was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before respondent no.7, the Head Master, Ramdhari Singh High School, Tetari, Pakara Naugachhia, District-Bhagalpur. He submits that his representation is already pending before respondent no.4 which is Annexure-2 and the typographical error has occurred.

Considering the said fact the order is modified to the extent that "Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, 'this writ application is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.498 of 2018(4) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 no.4, the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur regarding his claim which would be disposed of from the date of filing of such representation". The order dated 08.01.2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
