2. At the very outset, learned counsel for Zila Parishad, Rohtas submits that the impugned order is appealable under Section 9 of the Public Premises (Eviction) Act, 1971. The petitioners may take the recourse of alternative remedy.
3. The petitioners may take recourse of the alternative remedy and may file appeal before the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the appeal within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.19627 of 2013(5) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 period of six months from filing thereof, if the appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from the date of passing of this order.
4. Needless to say that the stay order dated 10.12.2013 has become non-est.
5. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
