In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Barachatty P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 registered for offence under section 364 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged that a Doctor was kidnapped and on the pressure of the Police, he was let off, but the Police arrested the petitioner along with all the accused persons and on their statement looted Audi car, Fortune car, jewellery, mobile phones, ladies watch, make up materials were recovered from the room of the apartment. Paras, 27, 29, 86 and 108 of the case diary are indicating the involvement of the petitioner in the aforesaid incident.
