This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2260 of 2021 whereby petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to typographical error, village and the police station of the petitioners were wrongly typed in the bail application and the same may be allowed to be corrected by him.

Considering the submission of the petitioners, learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.425 of 2022(2) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 APP for the State has no objection to the same. For the reasons mentioned in this modification application, it is allowed.

Let the address mentioned in paragraph 4 of this application be typed in the header portion of the bail application. Accordingly, office is directed to make necessary corrections.

Time granted to the petitioners to surrender in the court below for furnishing bail bonds by order dated 10.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2260 of 2021 is hereby extended by six weeks from today.

The order dated 10.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2260 of 2021 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
