JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.102 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 225, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that 25 persons armed with various weapons attacked to the house of informant and accused-Sanjay Roy fired upon the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26287 of 2017 (3) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. If the petitioners surrender before the Court below within three weeks from today and pray for bail, the court below will pass the order in accordance with law without being influenced by the order of this Court and considering the fact incident took place on account of land dispute.
