ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-04-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 19.1.2015, by which the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna has refused an application under Section 205 Cr.P.C. in Complaint case No.24783C of 2014.

Considering that the Petitioners appear to be persons of advanced age and undertake to be physically present on the date so fixed by the Trial Court, the application is allowed on such undertaking.

The Petitioners shall file an undertaking before the Court below that they will be present as and when the Court requires them so to do.
