Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the name of the respondent no.3 as District Programme Officer (Establishment), Sheikhpura.

Petitioner, who superannuated on 30.12.2012, prays for payment of GPF along with statutory interest and also his revision as per the ACP.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no.3 District Programme Officer (Establishment), Sheikhpura regarding his claim which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
