25-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 365, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the petitioner alongwith other had kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. During course of investigation, when the victim girl was recovered, her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. was got recorded, in which, she has supported the prosecution case and stated that this petitioner alongwith one Anmol Yadav had kidnapped her while she was coming from attending natural call in night. The victim was also got medically examined and the doctor has also assessed her age to be in between 16-17 years.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58539 of 2019(3) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 In view of specific allegation against the petitioner, that too by the victim girl, I am not inclined to grant bail. The prayer for bail stands rejected.
