2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 180 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 140(3), 64(1), 127(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have forcibly abducted the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got married with the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. From the FIR, it appears to be a case of elopement.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Kishanganj/ concerned Court in connection with Bahadurganj P.S.
