ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2019 in connection with Laherisarai P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she was arrested in connection with aforementioned case and remanded in several other cases of similar nature. It is further submitted that alleged recoveries were not from her conscious possession, but it appears that since it was her house, of which she had no knowledge, the petitioner was taken into custody. It is submitted that house is in jointly owned by other members of the family also and she is merely a labour.

No.58611 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019.
