Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 201 of 2022 registered under Sections 366(A), 323 and 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics and grudge. Further submission is that the complaint case has been filed after a delay of one month. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64611 of 2023(3) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 201 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
