JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i)For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent not to construct the road under MANREGA Scheme on the private Land of the petitioner bearing Plot No.1695 (old) under Mouza Khajuraha P.S.Sonbarsa, -Raj,District-Saharsa.

(ii) For direction upon the respondents not cause any kind of damage/ demolition to the petitioner's house in course of construction of the road as dwelling house (Pucca building is situated and plantation

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Saharsa, in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.
