JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 The grievance of the petitioner is in respect of the release of the trucks bearing Registration Nos. BR-01-GE-3795 and BR-01/GB 6538, seized in State case which is pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-on-Sone, District Rohtas.

The matter is pending before the criminal court. Once the matter is pending before the criminal court, the remedy of the petitioner is to take recourse of the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure for release of the seized goods/vehicles.
