This matter was posted until today on the supplementary show cause filed by the learned counsel for the State to inform that on instruction given the arrears of pension of the petitioner has been released and that the current pension would start. When the matter is taken up today Mr. Braj Nandan Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, informs that the statement made in the supplementary show cause is correct and the petitioner has received his arrears of pension.
