2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 41 & 42 of the Indian Forest Act and Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 14 of the Wild Life Protection Act, registered in connection with Forest Case No. 62F of 2023.

3. Based on a secret information that the petitioner along with other accused persons have established an illegal saw mill and are operating the same, the Forest Officer along with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68925 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 other forest officials, raided the informed place, and seized saw machines with other related tools.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and the entire allegation is false and concocted. He has been dragged in this case due to village politics. It is further submitted that the petitioner in another case relating to the similar occurrence has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 69178 of 2024 under order dated 18.10.2024.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Forest Case No. 62F of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
