2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 21 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 363, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.
3. The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant, who was not in a proper mental frame.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2022.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. From the statement of the victim girl which is extracted in the impugned order, it appears that the girl had eloped with the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessins Judge-IV-cum- Exe. Special Court (POCSO) Sitamarhi/ concerned Court in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 21 of 2022.
