Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barhiya P.S. Case No. 57 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and is a person with clean antecedent and allegation is of recovery of 602.250 litres of foreign liquor from a Pick-Up Van.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to be the driver of the vehicle and as such

Learned APP opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted and is a person with clean antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Lakhisarai in connection with Barhiya P.S.
