A counter affidavit is being filed on behalf of the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as 'the BIADA') by Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Prasad. Let it be kept on record.
It is stated at the Bar by Mr. Prakash Sahay, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in view of the assurance so given by the I.D.C. (Industries Development Commissioner), he seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. Mr. Prasad, learned counsel appearing for 'the BIADA' submits that he has no instruction on the issue.
As prayed, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
