Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bakhri P. S. case no. 192/2014 registered under sections 366, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case itself that one witness claimed to have seen co-accused taking away victim on the alleged date of occurrence and so far as the petitioner is concerned, she happens to be mother of the above stated co-accused. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that son of the petitioner was in love with the victim and, as a matter of fact, both fled away from their respective homes and solemnized their marriage and presently, they are residing at Delhi.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11737 of 2015 (2) dt.27-04-2015 and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Bakhri P. S. case no. 192/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
