2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 376 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364(A) and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1214 of 2024.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have been involved in a case of dacoity.

5. Pursuant to the order dated 27.06.2025, the S.H.O. of Sherghati Police Station, Gaya and the Dy. S.P. of Sherghati,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74279 of 2024(6) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 Gaya was directed to appear in this Court.

6. The S.H.O. of Sherghati Police Station, Gaya has appeared and has assured this Court that the witnesses shall be produced on the date fixed in the trial.

7. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of as no ground for bail is made out considering the seriousness of the offence involved in the present case and also considering the fact that the accused in involved in 12 more criminal cases of similar and serious nature.
