JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.06.2014 on the accusation that he along with other accused mercilessly assaulted the deceased. The police after investigation submitted charge sheet for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as injuries found on the person of the deceased, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West
