The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhubani Mahila P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 498(A), 379 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of the learned counsel for the complainant-opposite party no. 2, submits that the matter was referred before the Mediation Centre for settlement of dispute, where both parties appeared and settled their dispute in terms of agreement dated 27.11.2017, which is the part

Learned counsel for the complainant-opposite party no. 2 also submits that the dispute has already been settled and he has no objection in allowing the pre-arrest bail of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Madhubani, in connection with Madhubani Mahila P.S.
