The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Banuchhapar) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. Nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
